The Global Orphan Assistance Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2005 to provide education and enrichment opportunities for orphans and vulnerable children in developing countries around the world.
GOAF provides scholarships to primary and secondary school-age orphans and vulnerable children in Uganda. We also support a preschool program with certified teachers for children ages 3-5 in order to help prepare them for primary school in a safe environment.
GOAF funds an enrichment program for orphans during their semester breaks. This program teaches children basic computer use, sewing and basket weaving, along with other life skills. Our Center also has a library, playroom and video room.
GOAF provides shoes, clothing, books and toys to orphans and vulnerable children in economically distressed and disaster areas. These include: Uganda, Nigeria, Chile, Brazil, Haiti, Zimbabwe, Trinidad, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Vietnam, Jamaica, Detroit and a Native American reservation in South Dakota.
